Public supplier "Bulgargaz" selects LNG supplier for January and February

TotalEnergies Gas and Power Ltd. is the participant ranked first in the tender announced by public supplier Bulgargaz EAD for the supply of LNG in January and February 2024, the company said.

A total of 9 international companies participated in the tender procedure, which was launched at the beginning of this month.

A committee appointed by Bulgargaz' CEO has evaluated and ranked the submitted proposals in accordance with the criteria specified in the Evaluation Methodology - delivery price and payment method, and has prepared a reasoned report with a proposal to conclude a contract with the participant ranked first.

"Bulgargaz EAD envisages that the deliveries during these months, amounting to 1 million MWh/month, will be made to regasification terminals in the Republic of Turkey,” the company added.
