Maximum temperature of 19.1 degrees per Celsius was measured around 14.00 on 2nd of February in Rousse, North Bulgaria, which is a record for that date. This was announced by the hydrometeorological station in the Danube city.
They explained that statistics have been run since 1961. So far, the highest temperatures recorded on theis date was in 2016 when the thermometers showed 16 degrees. The coldest was in 2012 - minus 15.6 degrees.
