We have made an unanimous decision to vote against the cabinet proposed by “There is Such a People”, the chair of "Rise up BG! We are Coming!” Maya Manolova said on August 9.

"We have made a clear commitment to the Bulgarian citizens, to the people who protested in the squares to support a government of change, a government to dismantle the one-man model, a government to tackle corruption, a government to carry out bold reforms in the judiciary in the first place." , continued Manolova.

According to her, the protesters in the squares have demanded two resignations, so far they have received only one.

"People expect reforms, changes in the social sphere, in healthcare. All this requires people, whi are brave, honest, proven professionals, people with a clear civil position. The proposed candidates for ministers in the cabinet are not such people, they are a simple composition in comparison with the great expectations of the Bulgarian citizens, of the people who were tens, hundreds of days on the squares of Bulgaria. Some of the proposed people are completely unacceptable," said Manolova.

"A unilateral declaration has been proposed, which is not a partnership document and is not a partnership declaration. It has no clear commitments, no specifics, no deadlines - it is full of good wishes and simple intentions. No agreement was signed," Manolova added.

She reminded that they would not support a cabinet that would be a screen in the shadow of GERB and the MRF and stressed that they had not received definite guarantees that this would not be the case. We cannot compromise with the expectations of the Bulgarian citizens, Manolova was firm.
