Road transport companies on February 27 termporarily blocked the traffic in the area of Danube Bridge border crossing, demanding that the start of the toll system be delayed for at least 3 months.
According to them, its introduction will lead to a significant increase in the price of their services and, consequently, the prices of all goods. The end user will pay the price, they said.
The protest also included more than 20 lorries and cars from Yambol, Sliven and Bourgas. The protesting hauliers inists on providing alternative routes which they can use and postpone the launch of the toll system
