Schools in the town of Hisarya, Southern Bulgaria, cancelled classes as of January 14. The order was issued by the mayor of the municipality after receiving a prescription from the regional health inspection. Classes will be temporarily cancelled in all schools in the municipality and one kindergarten until January 20.
The measure has been introduced since it was found today that more than 35% of the school kids were ill and could not go to school.
