Seaside spa hotels popular with Romanian, German and Russian tourists

Most hotels at the Bulgarian seaside are closed in the winter. However, spa hotels that offer procedures with mineral water and mud treatment are workingand have special offers for the new year holidays. In addition to the large number of Bulgarian visitors, they have been particularly popular with Romanian, German and Russian tourists.

Between 280 and 350 BGN is the cost of a voucher including a New Year's Eve dinner and use of the spa at a hotel in the centre of Pomorie resort, and the ancient part of the town turned out to be the busiest winter resort on the South Black Sea coast. Hotelier Georgi Trapkov attributes this to the popularity of the town as a balneological centre.

He explained that the hotel has already been fully booked since the end of October. We have guests mainly from Bulgaria, but we have guests from Russia, Poland, Germany and Turkey, he said.

In this sense, the interest is much greater and we do not have to give extra discounts to fill the hotel.
