On the second day of his official visit to Serbia 0n 22nd of June, President Rumen Radev and his Serbian counterpart, Aleksandar Vučić, are in Serbia’s Dimitrovgrad where they meet with representatives of the Bulgarian national minority.
Vucic expressed readiness to meet the demands of our compatriots for textbooks and media in Bulgarian language and access to better healthcare. The presidents laid flowers at the monument of Neshkov Peak, where Serbian and Bulgarian soldiers, participants in the Serbo-Bulgarian War of 1885, were buried. The first sod was turned at the monument of Cyril and Methodius in the high school in the town named after the Holy Brothers. Our compatriots in Dimitrovgrad expect positive changes.
