The state and the non-governmental sector should work together for the better future of the children of Bulgaria, the Chair of the State Agency for Child Protection, Dr. Eleonora Lilova, said on 31st of July. Along with the new representative of UNICEF for Bulgaria, Dr. Jane Muita, they visited the family and non-family placement center in the town of Razlog.

The Government and UNICEF will continue to work together and protect the children's rights.
Dr. Eleonora Lilova, Chair of the Child Protection Agency: “UNICEF will support our state policy and implement the governmental agreement that UNICEF has signed with the government”.
Dr. Jane Muita - UNICEF representative for Bulgaria: “I hope that together, along with the efforts of the Bulgarian government, we will continue to take care of the children, so that they can develop their full potential and become successful and happy”.
During the official visit of Dr. Lilova and Dr. Muita to the family and non-family placement center, the children impressed them with their culinary skills - with the traditional banitsa (pastry) of the region.
