Plamen Nikolov, the nomination for the post of Prime Minister from Slavi Trifonov’s “There is Such a People” party, on August 6 presented the proposed structure and members of a cabinet.
The President called for an open and constructive dialogue in search of parliamentary support.

Ivo Atanasov has been nominated for Minister of Justice, replacing Momchil Ivanov, whose nomination was withdrawn earlier today.
Deputy Prime Ministers in the draft cabinet are Petar Iliev (nominated for Minister of Interior) and Radi Naidenov (Foreign Minister).
The leader of “There is Such a People” parliamentary group, Toshko Yordanov, said they expected the support of “Democratic Bulgaria” and “Rise BG! We are Coming!” well as the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP). If they want new elections, they will not support the cabinet, Yordanov said.
Yesterday, TISP stated that they would not sign agreements, which are demanded by all political forces, after the expert policy talks. At the same time, the party continued talks today for support from BSP
"Democratic Bulgaria" and "Rise up BG! We are Coming!" have not yet given a definite answer as to whether they will support the proposed cabinet line-up. They said this would become clear as part of the parliamentary procedure, which will begin after the President submits the proposed cabinet to Parliament.
GERB-UDF has already stated that it will vote against the announced line-up of the Council of Ministers.
