A Ukrainian national in Bulgaria’s city of Stara Zagora, who recently returned from China, has tested negative for the new coronavirus, the Head of National Centre for Infectious and Parasitic Diseases, prof. Todor Kantardzhiev said on February 17. The test was conducted at the National Reference Laboratory of the centre.
The Ukrainian national, who has permanent residence status in Bulgaria, returned from China on February 4.
He sought medical help because he had increased body temperature, but did not show other symptoms of the disease caused by the new corona virus.
