Ulyana Prumova is the New Head of BNT News Department

On 9^th of February, Ulyana Prumova, will be appointed to the post of Director of BNT News Department, based on a s decision of the BNT management board dated 7^th of February.

She worked as BNT Director General for two terms in office, from 2004 to 2010. Previously, she worked as Head of BNT News Department.

Her extensive professional career also includes: Editor-in-Chief of Studio BTA at the Bulgarian News Agency; Managing Director at BBT; new department of Den TV; head of the Internal Policy Department of “Continent newspaper”; correspondent of the Bulgarian National Television and the Bulgarian National Radio in Geneva and Vienna. Her career as a journalist began at the Bulgarian National Television, whereshe was an international editor.

Ulyana Prumova graduated from the 9th French Language School in Sofia. Then studied Italian Philology at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski " and Greek Philology in Athens. She speaks French, Italian, Greek, English, German and Russian.
