5 more districts in Bulgaria are designated as Green zones in terms of Covid-19 morbidity, data of the National Centre for Infectious and Parasitic Diseases shows on June 22.
For the past week, the infection rate in Varna, Veliko Turnovo, Lovech, Pazardzhik and Haskovo has dropped below 20 cases per 100,000 population. Thus, 11 districts are now in the green zone.
In the remaining 17, the incidence is below 60 per 100,000 people. They remain in the yellow zone. In Vidin district, the number of infected people has increased to over 50 per 100,000 people for 7 days.
