24 new cases of coronavirus confirmed in Bulgaria, bringing the total to 565

24 new cases of coronavirus were registered in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours, of which 16 people were hospitalized. The total of confirmed cases in the country is now 565, the national task force said on April 7.

Vratsa, Varna, Peshtera, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Rousse, stara Zagora and Sliven each report one new case.

Out of the total cases, 320 are men, 245 are women.

The fatalities are 22.

42 people have recovered from the virus.

The medical staff who tested positive for the virus are 31. Eight are from the medical emergency aid.
