A 40-year-old man, who was a patient of Pirogov emergency hospital with Covid-19, died this afternoon (April 1) after a sudden cardiac arrest.
The man was admitted to the hospital two days ago with symptoms of the new coronavirus. His condition was moderate. He was diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia and tested positive for Covid-19.
Earlier today, a 57 year old man diagnosed with Covid-19 died in hospital in the city of Kyustendil, Southern Bulgaria. According to information from the hospital, him and his wife recently came back from Germany.
