The Bulgarian coastal city of Kavarna hosts the Festival of Ancient Music, Song and Dance "Stravaganza" from 1st to 7th of August. The programme of the 12th edition offers a great variety of events.
The “Stravaganza” Festival is very rich in its style diversity - from Antiquity, through the Middle Ages to the splendour of the Western European Renaissance.
Several exhibitions are included in the programme of the festival. The art works of the young artist Stefan Chetrokov are already on display in the Art Gallery in Kavarna.
The wish of the organizers of the "Stravaganza" is to transform the national forum into an international one.
This year's greatest interest is in the master classes. The final concert of the participants is scheduled for 7th of August at 19 o’clock on the square in the town of Kavarna.
