Bulgaria’s Minister of Finance, Vladislav Goranov, hosted the meeting of the Asia Europe Finance Ministers (ASEM), which is part of the Bulgarian Euro-Presidency.
The event took place in Sofia on 26th of April. The main topics of the discussion included taxation of the digital economy, global economic development and cyber risks to the financial system. Ministers united on the need for further specific work to enable citizens to see the benefits of globalisation, technological change and digitilisation.
