A boy with cerebral palsy traveled 300 kilometers by bike - close to nature, which gives a different perspective to life. These five days will remain unforgettable to Petar Neftelimov, a biotechnology student. Despite the diagnosis of cerebral palsy, he managed to travel 300 kilometers by bicycle - from Silistra to Nikopol - on the Bulgarian section of the route Eurovelo 6.
The trip became possible thanks to several young enthusiasts with a fresh idea. Peter travelled with a special tricycle adapted to his needs. Every morning, 6 young people travelled 60 km despite the weather.
For Peter, these 300 kilometers are proof that there are no impossible things, that you can make every dream come true, as long as you find the right path to it. But with this journey, the mission is not over. Young people need funds to buy more tricycles. For Peter, the most memorable moment was the downhill riding. He felt as he was flying.
