Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov arrived in Israle for a two-day visit on Tuesday and Wednesday, the government press office said on 4th of September.
In Tel Aviv, Prime Minister Borisov will take part in a ceremony for the opening of a monument commemorating the Bulgarian contribution to the rescue of the Bulgarian Jews from the Holocaust.
During the visit, he iis scheduled to meet Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The two will discuss bilateral relations and topics from the international agenda.
Deputy Foreign Minister Georg Georgiev and representatives of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church and the Jewish community in Bulgaria are members of the delegation.
