115 years have passed since the outbreak of the Ilinden-Preobrazhenie Uprising. Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and his Macedonian couterpart Zoran Zaev, will celebrate the anniversary together. They will participate in the ceremony of laying wreaths and flowers at the Gotse Delchev Monument at Macedonia Square in the South Bulgarina city of Blagoevgrad. This will be the second anniversary of the signing of the Agreement on Friendship, Cooperation and Good Neighbourhood between Bulgaria and Macedonia.

Last year, the two Prime Ministers also celebrated the anniversary together, but in Skopje, Macedonia.
The celebrations in Blagoevgrad will begin at 5pm and will be attended by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense - Krasimir Karakachanov, as well as the Macedonian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior - Oliver Spasovski.
Later today, a procession will be held in Blagoevgrad on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of the uprising. It is organised by IMRO (Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization) and will head from the monument to Todor Alexandrov voivoda, will pass through the central streets of the city and will finish at "Macedonia" square.
