Bulgarian singer, Lili Ivanova, performs tonight (May 19) on the big stage of “Ivan Vazov” National Theatre in Sofia.
The boutique concert of the biggest name in Bulgarian pop music will feature the musicians from LI Orchestra - Angel Dyulgerov (guitars, violin), Ognyan Enev (piano, trumpet, saxophone), Ivan Yordanov-Cheri (guitars), Hristo Mihalkov (bass guitar), Orlin Tsvetanov (violin), Rosen Vatev (drums, percussion) and LaTiDa - backing vocals.
The event will also include presentation of the book "Lili Ivanova. My Personal Diary", which contains the singer's thoughts about God, Bulgaria and the audience, which she has recorded over the past 15 years. Some of Lili Ivanova's interviews from the last decade have also been included in the book, as well as her awards, including the two Golden Orpheus prizes, dozens of state and international music awards.
"Lili Ivanova. My Personal Diary" also reveals the singer's attitude to fashion. Nearly 270 photographs are also published, showing for the first time archival photographs of her parents, her sister and her nephews.
This is the second concert from Lili Ivanova’s tour, which started in Blagoevgrad on May 10, followed by Varna - June 14 and November 28, Veliko Tarnovo - June 16, Pleven - June 20, Burgas - August 7, Sozopol - August 9, Plovdiv - August 12, Stara Zagora - August 17, Dobrich - September 4, Vratsa - September 18, Haskovo - September 20, Ruse - November 20.
On 15 and 16 December the Prima of Bulgarian music will have two consecutive concerts in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture.
