The national task force against the coronavirus will give press conferences once a week as of May 7. The press conferences will be held at the Council of Ministers every Thursday at 08:00 am and the task force will answer questions from the media.
Information on the coronavirus situation in the country will be released daily in the form of press statements by the secretary of the task force, associate professor Dimo Dimov.
The decision for the Thursday briefings was made jointly with the Prime Minister, Boyko Borissov, and took into account the willingness of the media to receive answers to questions in real time personally from the head of the task force and its members.
