The Central Election Commission decided on October 27 that the voting in the upcoming local elections on October 29 and in next week's second round will be conducted by paper ballots.
The decision was taken with 12 votes in favour and 2 against.
Tsvetozar Tomov insisted on giving the Ministry of Electronic Government until 10 pm tonight to get documents regarding the certification of the voting machines.
This certification is done by 3 institutions.
