Code yellow for hot weather issued for all districts in Bulgaria on July 15

Code yellow alert for dangerously hot weather has been issued for all districts in Bulgaria for July 15.

The maximum temperatures in most regions will be between 33° and 38°.per Celsius. It will be sunny, but some areas in the Western part of the country will see rain and thunders. Hail storms are also possible.

It will be sunny at the seaside with maximum temperatures from 28° to 31°. The sea water temperature will be 25°.

It will be mostly cloudy in the mountains, with rains and thunders in the afternoon in the massifs from Western Bulgaria. The wind will be moderate, from the Southwest. In the parts the wind will be from the North.

The maximum temperature above 1,200 metres will be around 28° and at 2,000 metres around 22°.

In the next days, by the end of the week, the weather will remain sunny and hot with maximum temperatures above 35v. Rains are possible in the afternoons in the western regions, accompanied by thunders. Hail storms are possible.

Nest week, rain is expected in many places, mainly in Western and Central Bulgaria. The temperatures will drop.
