One hundred and twenty eight (128) new coronavirus cases were confirmed in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours, the update on the national information system shows on June 25. The results come from 3016 tests.
The total number of cases in the country to date is 4242.
tjhe active cases are 1770.
The largest number of the newly registered cases are in the districts of Kyustendil – 14; Smolyan – 21; Sofia district – 12 and Sofia city 38.
Of the total, 390 patients diagnosed with Covid-19 are in hospitals, 16 of them in serious condition in intensive care.
The recoveries to date is 226, including 46 overnight.
376 medical professionals tested positive for the virus. Five new cases were registered in the past 24 hours including 3 doctors, a nurse and a medical worker.
The fatalities is 209, including one in the past 24 hours.
