The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 1,370 from 10,554 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on October 25.
The positivity rate is at 13%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 569,443.
The active cases are 79,312.
Of the total, 6,912 patients are in hospitals, 600 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 536 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 467,058
· 7,156 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 2,728,389
· 40 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 23,073
Of the daily cases, 87.01% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 97.50% had not been vaccinated.
There were 299 new hospitalisations, of which 89.30% had not been vaccinated.
*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination with 2 shots.
