Fourteen new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours from 1353 PCR tests, the national task force said on May 30.
Six of them were hospitalised.
The total cases confirmed in the country is 2499.
The latest cases include 1 in Pazardzhik, 1 in Pleven, 2 in Razgrad, 4 in Sliven, 5 in Sofia, 1 in Yambol.
There is one new case from the medical staff, an ambulance driver from Sofia emergency aid unit.
The total number of recovered patients is 1064, including 48 in the past 24 hours.
The death toll is increasing. Three more people diagnosed with Covid-19 died: a 78 year old woman in Pazardzhik with heart failure; a 64 year old woman in Plovdiv with underlying ischemic heart disease and a 84 year old man in Sofia.
The effective reproduction number is 0.8. This means that 10 infected people would infect 8, these 8 would infect 6 and thus the epidemic is fading away.
