The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 2,181 from 12,838 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on February 7.
The share of daily positive Covid-19 tests is 17%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 995,436.
The active cases are 259,523.
Of the total, 6,238 patients are in hospitals, 593 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 2,245 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 702,143
· 1,629 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 4,192,273.
· 42 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 33,770.
Of the daily cases, 76.80% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 92.86% had not been vaccinated.
There were 215 new hospitalisations, of which 88.84% had not been vaccinated.
So far, 2,012,154 people have been fully vaccinated. 633,133 have been given a booster dose.
