The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 28 from 6,499 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on June 27.
7 were confirmed from PCR and 21 from rapid antigen tests.
No new cases were registered in 17 districts in the country. The latest cases were reported in the following districts:
Bourgas - 1; Varna – 3; Vidin – 1; Lovech – 2; Pleven – 2; Sliven – 3; Smolyan – 3; Sofia district – 5; Sofia city – 5; Stara Zagora – 2; Yambol – 1.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 421,515.
The active cases are 9,382.
Of the total, 1,561 patients are in hospitals, 196 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 15 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 394,106
· 3,107 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 1,724,896
· 1 Covid-19 related deaths, thus bringing the death toll to date to 18,027.
