The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 2,847 from 13,268 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on January 24.
Test positivity rate is 21%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 880,228.
The active cases are 202,421.
Of the total, 5,309 patients are in hospitals, 550 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 1,376 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 645,143
· 1,938 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 4,097,359.
· 28 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 32,664.
Of the daily cases, 76.78% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 100.00% had not been vaccinated.
There were 207 new hospitalisations, of which 84.06% had not been vaccinated.
*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination.
