The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 4,616 from 28,873 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on February 19.
The share of daily positive Covid-19 tests is approximately 16%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,063,808.
The active cases are 247,517.
Of the total, 5,347 patients are in hospitals, 588 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 8,930 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 781,318
· 6,120 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 4,271,963.
· 89 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 34,973.
Of the daily cases, 75.74% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 97,75% had not been vaccinated.
There were 554 new hospitalisations, of which 84.84% had not been vaccinated.
So far, 2,036,346 people have been fully vaccinated. 670,361 have been given a booster dose.
