The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 6,816 from 50,356 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on October 27.
Test positivity rate is at 13,5%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 582,122.
The active cases are 87,279.
Of the total, 7,325 patients are in hospitals, 608 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 2,323 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 471,403
· 26,327 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 2,775,555
· 124 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 23,440
Of the daily cases, 87.54% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 94.35% had not been vaccinated.
There were 1,107 new hospitalisations, of which 88.89% had not been vaccinated.
*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination with 2 shots.
