The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 9,916 from 37,587 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on January 27.
Test positivity rate is slightly more than 26%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 913,592.
The active cases are 222,161.
Of the total, 5,372 patients are in hospitals, 519 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 4,814 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 658,492
· 11,873 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 4,114,896.
· 70 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 32,939.
Of the daily cases, 76.38% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 85.71% had not been vaccinated.
There were 624 new hospitalisations, of which 83.65% had not been vaccinated.
*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination.
