Seventeen new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Bulgaria on March 27, thus bringing the total to 293, the head of the national task force, Prof. Ventsislav Mutafchiyski sais at the daily 5 pm briefing.
Thirteen cases were reported in Sofia, one in Varna, one in Plovdiv, one in Sliven and one in Pazardzhik.
Nine people have recovered so far. Eight are in serious condition and intubated.
