European Commissioner for Health is on Official Visit to Bulgaria

A civil debate with the European Commissioner for Health and Food Safety, Vytenis Andriukaitis, will take place in Sofia on 8th of March.

The chair of the parliamentary committee on agriculture Desislava Taneva will also participate in the discussion. The topic is "Tasty or Healthy?" - the quality of food in the European Union ".

Prior to that, EU Commissioner Andriukaitis will meet with Bulgaria’s Minister of Health, Kiril Ananiev, and Agriculture Minister, Rumen Porozhanov.

He will also take part in an international meeting on the role of wildlife in the context of animal health management. A visit to the Neurological Clinic of Alexandrovska Hospital in Sofia is planned.
