"Many tourist capacities experience shortage of professional staff both in terms of number and qualification. The Government policy is slow about integrating graduates in the tourism sector", Rumen Draganov told the BNT program "The Day Begins". Draganov is member of the Institute for Analyzes and Forecasts in Tourism.

According to his words, a large percentage of the foreign tourists are returning again, quoting data that 38% of the Germans are spending their summer vacations in Bulgaria. This is due to the variety of excellent products offered in Bulgaria.
"Our country is visited by diverse tourist groups and the Black Sea is really safe. Guests can enjoy peace, quietness and delicious food", Rumen Draganov said.
