Fitness centres re-open on Monday. This became clear after a meeting of Sports Minister Krassen Kralev with representatives of the Bulgarian Health and Fitness Association on May 15.
Wearing masks inside will not be obligitory. However, ventilation will be mandatory and the filters will be changed every week.
Up to 10 people will be allowed to train in groups, and for individual training there should be one person per 4 sq.m.
The Association estimates that 1 million people visit fitness centres in Bulgaria. They employ more than 50,000 people.
