Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Pham Binh Minh said on 4th of July that there was a growth in trade turnover between Bulgaria and Vietnam.
Pham Binh Minh was on an official visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of Zaharieva. They are of the opinion that there is further potential for mutual exchange in many areas.
Vietnam has an interest in strengthening our cooperation in the areas of agriculture, silk farming, livestock farming vegetable production, bio-production and to share our experience in the production of organic food; high technologies, in the field of WPP electricity generation, Ekaterina Zaharieva said.
Vietnam cordially welcomes the successful completion of the 6-month Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU and enjoys the support of Bulgaria for signing the Free Trade Agreement between Vietnam and the European Union, Pham Binh Minh said.
