Bulgaria’s Health Minister Kiril Ananiev issued an order on May 11 allowing the re-opening and visits to indoor museums, indoor and outdoor galleries and libraries, provided that physical distancing and all anti-epidemic measures are complied with.
The order allows the holding of cultural events such as concerts and other entertainment on outdoor stages, but with no more than 30% of seats occupied. Physical distancing and other anti-epidemic measures should be adhered to.
Cinemas also may re-open, provided that no more than 30% of the seats may be occupied.
