The winter situation is complicated in the south Bulgarian region of Blagoevgrad. On 26^th of February, Kulata-Promahon border is closed for heavy goods vehicles due to heavy snowfalls in Greece.

The pass "Predels " in Bulgaria’s Blagoevgrad region is closed to traffic. The region between Yundola and Velingrad is closed for heavy goods vehicles.

Traffic is intensive at the crossing points Danube Bridge - Rousse and Danube Bridge - Vidin. Ferries to Somovit and Svishtov are not operating.
