A large-scale testing begins in Bulgaria’s second largest city of Plovdiv on May 15. The aim to test 400 households will be conducted randomly in 6 regions of the city.
The testing is voluntary.
The purpose of the testing is to outline the spread of the virus and to answer
the question of how many people have encountered it, whether they have already contracted
it, or are carriers of the infection.
The sampling will take place at Sveti Georgi hospital laboratory .
Mobile laboratory will conduct the testing in Stolipinovo neighbourhood.
