A 21 year old man from Varna, ZolfiV. has been placed under home arrest for breach of quarantine.
Zolfi is required to wear an electronic bracelet for the monitoring of his movement.
Before the court issued the order for the home arrest, the man was detained in custody for 72 hours. Between 23 and 30 March, after he returned from the UK, he left the place of the self-quarantine.
For breach of quarantine, the penal code provides for 5 years of imprisonment and a fine of 10,000 to 15,000 BGN.
