A meeting of the ministers of health from Central and Eastern Europe on the topics of increasing challenges in the area of medicinal drugs policy will take place in Sofia on 3rd of June.
Bulgaria’s Ministry of Health will host the talks on improving and facilitating the access of patients to effective treatment, taking into account the latest achievements in medical science.
The talks will be focused on convergence of drug policies. A draft agreement and a declaration for ensuring adequate access to medicines at sustainable and affordable prices will be discussed.
During the event, Bulgaria’s Minister of Health Petar Moskov will meet his counterparts from Romania, Slovakia, Croatia and Macedonia.
