The Social Minister Biser Petkov is to meet mothers of disabled children again to discuss financing of the "Personal Care Act".

On Friday, the dialogue achieved no result because there was no clarity about the financial support of the proposed draft. Today the proposal is expected to be re-discussed. The tent camps of the protestors remain in Sofia, Varna, Burgas and Dobrich for now.
If the two sides can't reach an agreement again the city of Rousse, Northern Bulgaria, will join the protest. Individual approach as well as care for people with disabilities who are above 18 are part of the draft law.
