All Ministry of Interior officials celebrated their professional day and the 139th anniversary of the formation of the agency today, 5th of July. They made demonstrations with technical equipment, use of combat skills, trained police dogs and horses.
At the ceremony, the Minister of Interior congratulated the police officers for their hard work during the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union and the lack of incidents.
Valentin Radev, Minister of Interior: “The public expect results from us. I urge you now, on this professional day, to try to do what we do best - to protect our homeland and the peace and security of the citizens”.
