The national carrier Bulgaria Air restores a large part of the frequencies of its flights between Sofia and the coastal city of Varna. As of May 25, the airline started operating two flights a day between Sofia and Varna - morning and evening.
After June 10, the number of flights between the two cities will increase, adding a third one in the afternoon. The first afternoon flight between Sofia and Varna will take place on June 11.
In parallel with the restoration of frequencies on the domestic line, which is one of the most preferred among passengers, Bulgaria Air continues to gradually increase its flights on more of its regular routes, which were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The airline operates all its flights with even stronger hygiene and organisational measures, regular disinfection of the aircrafts and sanitary facilities in them.
