The amendments shall enter into force on the day of their promulgation
Members of Parliament on July 10 adopted the draft law on countering corruption at second reading.
The approved provisions remove the requirement for a qualified two-thirds majority in the vote to elect members of the Commission for Countering Corruption.
The amendments will enter into force on the day they are promulgated.
