Bulgaria’s Parliament on 20th of July reached full consensus on the government’s policy on migration in Bulgaria and Europe. After discussions between all parliamentary groups, Parliament obliged the Council of Ministers to not sign bilateral agreements on return of migrants to Bulgaria. The decision was unanimously supported by 177 votes in favour.
The MPs also required the government by 30th of Septemebr to present to a Bulgarian proposal for reforming the Dublin asylum system.
