People with disabilities staged a protest in Plovdiv on 25th of July. They gathered this morning outside the building of the District Government to demand a new law for people with disabilities that would be beneficial to everyone, not just to a certain group of people in need. The protestors insisted that the division between them be stopped, real negotiations start and the commitments made by the government be implemented.
The protesters included representatives from Plovdiv, Sofia and Smolyan. A tent camp was also set up on site.
