At 6:30 , local time, three sherpas with three Chinese rescuers continued the search for the Bulgarian mountaineer Boyan Petrov in the Himalayas, Deyan Petkov from the team of Boyan Petrov in Bulgaria, said on 9th of May.
In his words, the weather is bad, but not impossible for climbing. The plan of the rescue team is to continue to Camp 2 about lunch time.
Petkov also said that they were receiving assistance from the Mministry of Foreign Affairs. Permission is currently sought for from China for Nepalese helicopter to fly over the Shisha Pangma area when the weather conditions are good for that.
