Industry organisations have concerns that small petrol stations may face bankruptcies due to the uncompetitive market situation.
Ivan Kashilski, chairman of the Association of Fuel Producers, Importers and Transporters, told BNT on March 11 that yesterday a company with a dominant position was selling at retail prices cheaper than wholesale prices.
"There was no trade discount and this is destroying small petrol stations and wholesalers," Kashilski said.
He said a petrol station needs a minimum 10% profit to sustain its business.
